GMV Engineering Pvt.Ltd.(formerly GMV Projects and Systems) is a medium sized engineering design, manufacturing and supply company engaged in the field of Bulk material handling equipment and Air handling equipment for cement, steel, power, mineral processing, chemical and related industries.

GMV has a design centre and a manufacturing facility with required machines and facilities for our products in the outskirts of Chennai City, near Sriperumbudur. We have two covered shed with 10 T and 5 T EOT cranes and sufficient covered and open area for fabrication, machining and testing.

We have testing facilities for almost all products like dampers, fans, gates etc., As far as practically possible all equipment are assembled and tested prior to despatch thus eliminating mismatch at point of installation.

We source raw material and bought outs either from original manufacturers or their authorized dealers. We have no hesitation to source material from your list of approved sub vendors and execute jobs to your satisfaction but also to our standards. All the material undergoes severe quality tests from source to despatch. Unique heat nos are recorded for all major raw materials and are traceable at all points of manufacturing.

Quality Assurance

We have supplied equipment under third party supervision of several leading and prestigious inspection authorities. We have standard Quality Assurance plans for our products and are willing to include any additional demands from clients and consultants.

Testing

Inspection procedures like NDT testing MPI, DP, Radiography, and Ultrasonic are regularly carried out., Original Mill TC, bought out inspection & test reports, stage wise inspection records, inspection after assembly are regularly carried out.
